Leadership Academy
The Leadership Academy theme focuses on civil and social responsibilities. Albany High's social studies and foreign language electives are offered in Leadership Academy (except Spanish 1, which is offered in all four academies) and are available to all students. So are Career and Technical Education programs in health services and occupations, nursing, emergency medical technician training, early childhood education and adolescent psychology, and Career Explorations programs in health and education.
