One big change that I would like to see in America is better education systems in urban or lower income communities. I know that this is an issue that may have already been addressed; however, there are still many changes that need to be made.
I feel that there is a different standard of teaching in lower income communities which ultimately causes a negative effect on the students. If the teachers are not educating these students with the same amount of effort as those in higher income communities, the students will not produce the results needed to succeed. How can they if they are not given the same proper resources as well as structure? I also feel that if the right amount of time, effort and money were placed in bettering the education system, this would prove to have an overall positive outcome on America’s economy. More students would have that chance to further their education by going to college, and eventually entering the workforce with the proper skills needed in order to be successful. There would, in turn, be less unemployed Americans. In addition, I would also like to see such happen in the world in general. Many countries do not have good education systems, and without such, many countries do not have the proper resources available to them in order to further develop. Better education would ultimately lead to overall improvement of these countries. In addition, as previously mentioned, better education may also assist in stimulating as well as stabilizing the economy in other countries.
